Convert SV2 from no$gba to normal SAV. file to VBA

I need to figure out how do I convert a SV2 file from no$gba to SAV, because I want to use the E-Reader sav file for Super Mario Advance 4: SMB 3 via VisualBoy Advance so that way I can scan e-reader cards on VBA, the e-reader ROM menu should display Super Mario Advance 4 on "Access save data".
